Are you looking for the best vacuum to solve all of your cleaning needs?
The number of vacuums on the market has exploded in recent years, creating the perfect storm of products to choose from.
I am in love with my robo vacuum but know that it is only one of many great options out there. Now that I’m adding items to my wedding registry like it’s a grocery list (ha, I need to stop!), I knew I needed to do some research on other great vacuum options.
Whether you are in the market for a robo vacuum like mine, or looking for the perfect handheld option, this post will tell you everything you need to know about choosing the best vacuum.
This post is all about finding the best vacuum on Amazon.

1. Eufy
I LOVE my Eufy robot vacuum. I purchased mine back on Prime Day in the summer of 2021. I love it so much that I actually wrote a review raving about it on the Amazon website, which is something I NEVER do! In the review, I admit that I didn’t do any research on robot vacuums before purchasing, and just sincerely and honestly lucked out with this one!
I like to use mine once I day on each level of my house. Although it isn’t self-emptying, I find it so satisfying to empty its container and see all the dirt and debris that it picked up. I’m always amazed by how dirty my floors are before this conquers them!
I added another Eufy to my wedding registry with hopes of getting one for the lower level of my house. It’s the best little vacuum a pet owner could ask for! I couldn’t recommend this vacuum more if I tried.
2. iRobot
The iRobot is the old faithful of robotic vacuums. Anything with over 75,000 reviews on Amazon is bound to be worth a look at least. It was the vacuum that got all others started!
Highlights from the reviews include the fact that this vacuum is quieter than others, has no problem maneuvering around a variety of floor materials, and doesn’t let a little bit of dirt or dust stop it from conquering a room.
Like others of its kind, the iRobot also moves in an unpredictable pattern. As someone who loves a good vacuum line, no matter what direction it goes in, I would have no problem letting iRobot do its thing. If you like uniform lines, however, it might be worth investing in a vacuum that works with a mapping system.
3. ILife V3
I feel like I am seeing the ILife Robot everywhere! First it was on Instagram and then Amazon ads. At $159.99 this little beauty is one of the least expensive robotic vacuums, but highly reviewed options out there.
One of the themes I found when reading the reviews for the ILife Robot was the fact that it really excels in small spaces. If you’re an apartment dweller looking for the perfect option to keep your small space tidy, this might be the answer for you!
Like the vacuums above, this one also needs to be emptied by hand, again, a benefit in my opinion.
4.Roborock E4 Robot Vacuum Cleaner
This is the first vacuum on our list that has a mapping feature! If you’re the kind of person who craves the straight lines in your carpet, this little robot vacuum will get them for you!
Review highlights include the extended battery life on this one, I will admit that’s an enticing feature, and its agile ability to clean under couches and furniture. The mapping skills really come in handy when moving around stationary objects!
Add this one to your list to ensure all those hard-to-reach places are not forgotten.
Handheld Options
1.BLACK+DECKER dustbuster
I love this Black and Decker dustbuster! My mother had one at her house when I lived with her, and I got so accustomed to having it on hand that I packed it with my belongings when I left! She wasn’t pleased with this and asked for it back, rightfully so, but I ordered myself my own. It became such an important tool for me to have!
I love using it on my basement stairs, which seem to always have an abundance of cat hair on them, and other debris that my shoes carry in with them.
My finance prefers to use this item in his car to get all of the excess trash off the floorboards of his vehicle. The battery charge allows this option to be carried easily from one location to another.
2.VacLife Handheld Vacuum, Lithium Ion Cordless Hand Vacuum
This is another great battery-charged option with great reviews. Reviews boast up to 45 minutes of continuous charge and great suction abilities! Bonus, to this little vacuum, is that it is stylish as well as functional with reviewers mentioning the pleasing aesthetics of the vacuum as well.
One unique feature to this vacuum that others lacked was the built-in light to make cleaning small, dark spaces even easier!
3. BLACK+DECKER 20V Max Handheld Vacuum
This looks a lot like the newer, more agile version of my own vacuum above. This Black and Decker option has the ability to change suction shape in order to fit into the small crevices, nooks, and crannies that always seem to have dirt and dust trapped inside.
One negative to this option, from the reviews, seems to be the battery life. If you are looking for an option that can last all day and then some, this probably isn’t your vacuum of choice. If you need a small, flexible vacuum for those hard to reach spots, than look no further than this one!
4. BLACK+DECKER Dustbuster Handheld Vacuum, Cordless
If your budget is a concern, this $29.98, Black and Decker option might be the perfect vacuum for you! With the name brand of my all-time favorite option in front of it, this little engine is sure to please.
The over 12,000 reviews mention the strong suction ability, but the downside of having to hold the button on for the vacuum to work. This might be bothersome if you are planning on using the vacuum for an extended period of time.
I’m considering adding this option to keep in my kitchen for fast and easy cleanups!
All of the above vacuums offer a different benefit to the user, it’s just about finding the perfect option for you!
